Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout based on pincode, package weight, delivery mode and payment method.

Charges

Displayed courier charges include the configured shipping markup and applicable GST and are rounded upward to the next ₹1.

Delivery estimates

Estimated transit time starts after packing and dispatch. Weather, public holidays, remote-area service, courier operations and other conditions may affect delivery.

Tracking

Tracking details appear in the customer order page after the courier shipment is booked.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel before dispatch. Cancellation is disabled after the order is marked dispatched.
